About this tool
JPG to PDF handles JPG and JPEG photos. It preserves original photo data when orientation correction is unnecessary, and uses available orientation information to rotate or mirror photos when needed.
How to use it
- Choose one or more JPG or JPEG photos.
- Check their orientation and order, then move or remove photos as needed.
- Set the paper size, margins, orientation, and image fit.
- Generate and download the PDF.
Features
- Creates one page per image. Drag images to reorder them, or use Move up, Move down, and Remove.
- Defaults to A4, automatic orientation, Fit entire image, and 20 pt margins. You can also choose Letter, a custom size, or Fit image.
- Fit entire image preserves the full picture. Fill page crops the edges as needed. Both keep the original proportions without stretching.
- Fit image uses 1 px = 1 pt and adds the selected margins. It does not use image DPI to determine print size. For a fixed print size, choose A4, Letter, or Custom.
Photo orientation and quality
- Uses available orientation information to prevent phone photos from appearing sideways or mirrored in the PDF.
- Correcting orientation may require re-encoding. Photos without orientation information use the stored image orientation, so check the preview.
Limits
- Creating a multipage file takes time and memory. Choose an image count or text length that suits your device.
- Use JPG/JPEG, PNG, or still WebP. Format-specific converters accept only the matching image type.
Privacy
Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.
Images, text, and generated results are also processed only in your current browser. Your input is not saved automatically. Download any results you want to keep before clearing or leaving the page, and keep your original files.
FAQ
Are files with a .jpeg extension supported?
Yes. Both .jpg and .jpeg are JPEG files.
Will my photos be compressed again?
Original JPEG data is preserved when it can be used directly without orientation correction. Correcting orientation may require re-encoding.
Will phone photos have the right orientation?
The tool uses available orientation information. Check both the preview and the downloaded file, since missing or incorrect orientation data cannot always be corrected automatically.
Can I add multiple photos at once?
Yes. Each photo becomes one page in the order shown in the list.
