Merge PDFs

Combine multiple PDFs into one file in your preferred order.

Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.

About this tool

Merge PDFs places the pages from each file into a new document in sequence. Adjust the file order before generating the result.

How to use it

  1. Choose at least 2 PDFs. You can add up to 50 files.
  2. Check each file's page count and size, then drag files or use Move up and Move down to reorder them.
  3. Remove any unwanted files, then start merging.
  4. Check the total pages and output size, download the file, and open it to review the result.

Features

  • Merges files from top to bottom while preserving the page order within each file.
  • For example, arranging files as B, A, C places all of B's pages first, followed by A's pages, then C's pages.
  • Produces one PDF and shows the number of input files, total pages, and output size.
  • Copies PDF pages without turning them into screenshots. Check the downloaded file to confirm that important document features were preserved.

File order and size limits

  • Many files, images, or complex pages increase processing time and memory use. The merged document can contain up to 2,000 pages.
  • Keep the original files and review important forms, annotations, and bookmarks in the result.

Limits

  • Files over 50 MiB display a memory notice. Each PDF can be up to 200 MiB. Complex content also uses memory, so choose files that suit your device.
  • Password-protected and encrypted PDFs are not supported. Use an unencrypted copy you are authorized to access. Damaged or unsupported files may not open.
  • Editing a digitally signed PDF may invalidate its signature. Keep the original file.
  • Bookmarks, interactive forms, annotations, and other complex features may not be fully preserved. Open the download and check its pages and important content.

Privacy

Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.

Images, text, and generated results are also processed only in your current browser. Your input is not saved automatically. Download any results you want to keep before clearing or leaving the page, and keep your original files.

FAQ

Does merging reduce quality?

The tool copies PDF pages without deliberately converting them to images or recompressing page images. The file structure may change, so check the result.

Can I change the file order?

Yes. Drag files or use Move up and Move down. The buttons also work on phones.

Will bookmarks be preserved?

Bookmarks, interactive forms, annotations, and other complex document features may not be fully preserved. Check the result and keep the originals.

Will digital signatures remain valid?

Merging creates a new PDF and may invalidate existing digital signatures. The merged file should not be treated as the original signed document.
